FINNISH-STYLE SAUNA
The effect of the sauna on the body is versatile. Due to the high temperature (60 to 110 °C, minimum air humidity 10 - 30%) there is a considerable blood supply of the skin. The sauna regulates blood pressure to a large extent (people with higher blood pressure should use sauna very carefully) and the body temperature rises by an average of 1-2 °C.
An increased blood flow and overheating can improve the mobility of muscles and joints or reduce the pain. Higher temperature activates the function of the sebaceous glands and also clears impurities from the skin. Therefore it has a significant cosmetic significance. The sauna is one of the most multilateral hardening procedures and is also important as a prevention of various cold diseases.

BIO SAUNA
The bio sauna or aromatic sauna is a combination of a Finnish-style and a steam sauna. The bio sauna is intended especially for people who can not bear the temperatures in a classic sauna or who do not comply with the high humidity of standard steam saunas. The main difference compared to the Finnish-style sauna is that the bio sauna is heated to a lower temperature than the Finnish-style sauna, but has a higher relative moisture. That is why the bio sauna resembles a milder steam sauna.

INFRARED SAUNA
The infrared overheating thermal cabin is one of the alternative types of sweat baths. It is a modern way of sauna where infrared rays are used creating an ideal temperature in the cabin for pleasant relaxation. There are lower temperatures (35-55 °C) reached and it is necessary to sauna for approximately 25-30 minutes to warm up the body. The main difference compared to another sauna is that the infrared rays penetrate deep into the fibres. Sweating is more intense and there is no overheating of the surface layers of the skin with warm air. As a result harmful substances dissolve and flush out by sweating, pores are cleaned and dead cells are removed. The consumption of body energy increases and fat is being decomposed. Good results can be achieved by regular multiple use of the infrared cabin for weight loss and cellulite problems.
The immune system is strengthened so the body becomes more resistant to colds and better tolerates physical and mental burden. SALT BOOTH
The salt booth with a constant temperature and relative humidity of the saturated air helps to clean the bronchi, reduces inflammation of the mucosa. These properties of the salt chamber can help in the treatment of respiratory tract and respiratory diseases. The use of the chamber is also recommended for healthy people. The regular use of the salt chamber, pleasant rest and relaxation stimulates respiratory activities.

SAUNA CEREMONIES
The sauna ceremony is a unique diversification and an intense experience of your sauna. It performs a fun function and also increases the beneficial effects of the sauna itself. The sauna ceremony takes place in a Finnish-style sauna usually in three cycles. The sauna master pours stones and swirls hot air in order to increase the required humidity sufficiently and induce a feeling of greater warmth. Later on the sauna master dedicates time to each visitor and creates the so called a thermal shock with the help of a towel overheating the body even more. Various essences, peeling salts are often used during the ceremony and pleasant music is granted. The total time of the ceremony is around 10-15 minutes.
