The sauna regulates blood pressure to a large extent (people with higher blood pressure should use sauna very carefully) and the body temperature rises by an average of 1-2 °C.

The main difference compared to the Finnish-style sauna is that the bio sauna is heated to a lower temperature than the Finnish-style sauna, but has a higher relative moisture. That is why the bio sauna resembles a milder steam sauna.

As a result harmful substances dissolve and flush out by sweating, pores are cleaned and dead cells are removed. The consumption of body energy increases and fat is being decomposed. Good results can be achieved by regular multiple use of the infrared cabin for weight loss and cellulite problems.

Infrared deep heat is proven in the treatment of rheumatism, arthrosis, arthritis, skin diseases, reduces problems with heart and blood pressure. Leaving such a sauna a person feels reborn and perfectly rested. The infrared sauna can bring the body and soul into a harmonious, balanced state.
